Our Job was to Work with Technology, Sales, Marketing and the business leaders to help mold and create the direction of PenoBoard. It was our job to create a new identity for the company as well as produce any and all internal & external marketing products. Design and Direct design concepts, layouts, graphics, logos, alternate internal use logos, Logos to be used in Russia, UK, USA, Asia, and UAE and create advertising units, special sections and the like. We Applied fundamental analytical and creative skills to identifying and evaluating design alternatives and to developing or participating in developing aspects of assigned design projects. We Developed 4 types of innovative typography, and page layouts for web packages and other external and internal print as well as interactive media. We Worked with teams of engineers, Product Management and Production to ensure prompt delivery and development of creative briefs, goals and concepts, competitive analyses and branding characteristics. We also managed the budgeting and helping create new creative brand management guidelines for the company with the company's CCO.
